Precious Pit Bull Rescue of Alaska relies soley on donations from the public and is always in need of them for the health and happiness of our dogs. Donation items do not need to be new, just in usable condition. Please call 382-PITS or email to set up a donation drop off time. Our donation wish list consists of the following:
Feeding |
Treats (no rawhide please), food (Science Diet Adult and Puppy), food/water bowls, food storage containers |
Housing |
Crates, outdoor chain link dog kennels, dog bedding (crate mats, dog beds, pillows, sheets, blankets, comforters, rugs, towels, etc.) |
Cleaning |
disinfectant/deodorizing solutions, laundry detergent, paper towels, rags. |
Health/ Grooming |
Shampoo/Conditioner, Brushes, First aid items (peroxide, neosporin, gauze, vet wraps, betadine, etc.) |
Toys |
Kongs, small tires for pulling exercises, peanut butter, tennis balls, rope toys and small children's play pool for summer swimming. |
Accessories |
Harnesses, prong collars, Illusion collar, leashes, and dog backpacks. |
Your monetary donation will be used to save the life of an abused, neglected, abandoned, or sick Pit Bull in need of a second chance at a happy and healthy life. All monetary donations are used for veterinary expenses including spays/neuters, vaccines, deworming, microchipping, parvo treatment, medications/antibiotics, surgeries, and other necessary veterinary procedures. They are also used to supply food and treats.
