PPRA believes that the Pit Bulls bad rap comes from bad breeders, illegal dog fighting, irresponsible owners and uneducated people who talk poorly about the dogs. We plan to help change all that by educating the public on the importance of spaying and neutering, instill responsible ownership on Pit Bull owners and future Pit Bull owners.

We believe that through educating people on these dogs we will change some people's negative views on them. If you are one of those people who are for the breed bans please contact PPRA, we would love to change your mind with education and from one of our ambassador Pit Bulls. Our overall goal is to never have BSL in Alaska. We will fight hard for these dogs to get their real image out there.
